Real breath control means controlling the way we exhale, not the way we inhale.

An intimate practice that seeks to unite, heal, restore & rebalance ๐ŸŒ™ divine feminine (moon) & โ˜€๏ธ divine masculine (sun) energy.

Breathing exercises used in a safe & explorative way with a therapist/ partner help repressed emotions come to the surface.

The purpose is to reveal our deeper pain, anxiety/ fear, darker shadow, hidden aspects & patterns/ programming without judgement & in the unconditional witnessing presence of another, ourselves, higher soul or a beloved other.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Being witnessed is hugely powerful.

It's likely you might resist this exercise initially, as it can be difficult to experience where we feel numb, disconnected, afraid, anxious, ashamed & explore deeper into why our cellular memory might be blocking love, abundance, joy, beauty, success, safety, intimacy, etc.

Continued practice allows the heart wall to slowly collapse, dissolve & merge into the flow of a surrendered, unconditional & pure divine love vs ego love.

Intimacy with your breath & body heals, soothes & returns us home to authentic power.

We often hear if you feel sad, be happy, if you feel scared, be brave, if you feel angry, become better, change, change, change what shows up, etc etc.

Yet this constant trying to change what we were never meant to be responsible for is simply exhausting & too much for the nervous system & inner child.

You do not need to use effort to change a wave, emotion or feeling. Simply stop resisting/ interfering & it will naturally shift, ride & pass through.

Interfering with our nature leads to the creation of false identities (perfectionism, controller, fixer, do-er seeking approval) - taking us farther & farther away from our original essential self/ nature/ Source.

Authentic power lies in surrendering to the Soul's direction & heeding it's abundant response towards the waves, not in the ego's muscles/ strength often used to control, manipulate/ create change.

I would like you to consider another way...

When you feel anything you're in the habit of denying, wanting to change, believing is not right, normal, loveable or proper...
