Who Do You Become Through Pain?

(Pain Is A Spiritual Teacher).

This week I want to encourage you to explore some of the patterns, beliefs & conditioning you are unconsciously running about pain.

Pain in itself is neutral, it's just being what it is.

Pain does not have a problem with itself, but we often become the problem with it.

Our stories around pain depend on how we saw our caretakers manage pain & whether they modelled a healthy or dysfunctional relationship to it.

. These subconscious copied responses/ reactions start to form within us as a child. Children up to the age of 7yrs are predominately in the Theta brain wave state (sponge like state/ similar to hypnotic state/ absorption of information).

This information wires the brain & stores in the hard drive of our subconscious forming automatic responses that can cause havoc in our energy, vitality, life, mind, body & spirit if left as unrecognised open tabs!.

These unconscious programs can lack the empowerment, safety & self trust necessary to move into, all the way through & out of the pain portal. Pain insists you be willing to see it all the way to the depth/bottom & drop through.

I've worked with many clients suffering with chronic pain for years, some of which believed pain was "bad" or treated pain by ignoring it, opposing it, disliking it, running away from it, being victimised by it or masking it with toxic positivity/ busyness.

These strategies are unconscious patterns that need to be recognised. The pain is not the problem, the problem is the one who blames, pokes & prods at it. ThroughThe 7 Keys Meditation, MedYoga, Awakening Process, Breathwork & Somatic Therapies we allow our pain to help us mature into the Space of love it needs to be seen.

Through MedYoga daily practices, we become more skilled at stabilising as the awareness & not the identity. Our daily commitment, intentions & doing the inner work we loosen the gravitational pull into old identity, stories & illusion. We become love-enabling birthers of a Higher Consciousness on the Earth.

Chronic pain is simply an alarm & resistance of Authentic Power/ Divinity/ Source - calling to wake up fully & use wisdom to recognise the truth of who & what we are.

We can use pain to bring awareness to the "identities" we have created around it. You are not an identity, you are the awareness behind it. The more we rest as that awareness, the more the masks drop, the more pain relaxes it's grip.

Once we start to embody this awareness more fully, old beliefs dismantle by themselves, the conditioned self dies a death, separation dissolves & finally we join the ocean.

1). R - REMAIN (Meditate with pain 3 x 10mins a day).

2). A - ACCEPT (Watch the identity in opposition to pain).

3). C - COMPASSION (Welcome pain as worthy of your kindness).

4). E - EVOLVE (Allow your authentic strength/ self/ love).
